Return Policy

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the option to return the item and receive a refund or exchange.

Our return conditions are as follows:

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
The item must be in unworn and undamaged condition and must be returned with the original tags and packaging.
Returns must be sent to our returns address which can be found on our website.
The costs of the return shipment are for our account if you live within the Netherlands and Belgium.

If you meet our return conditions, we will process your return as quickly as possible. For refunds, the purchase amount minus the shipping costs will be refunded to your account within 14 days. If you want to exchange the item, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.

Please note: keep in mind that if you live outside the Netherlands and Belgium, the costs for returning are for your own account.

Right of cancellation

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, you are entitled to a trial period. The trial period (14 days) starts on the day after you have received the package from us. Within this period you can cancel the purchase (without stating reasons) and return the product. It is best to register returns with us in advance (if you have paid via iDEAL, do not forget to mention your account number).

Products that you return under the Distance Selling Act must be returned in their original condition (and if reasonably possible including the original packaging). If you do not comply with this, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In case of an accepted return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Returning products is at your own expense and risk. In particular for more expensive products, it is strongly recommended to send the package by registered mail.

Arcticforce does not refund money on sale items, you can use the amount as a voucher in our webshop.

How does a return shipment work?

Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Then you can return your order at your own expense in the original packaging within 30 days, provided that it meets our return conditions.

You can return the order via the supplied return label. Make sure that the product is packaged in the correct condition and in its original packaging. Fill in the enclosed return form correctly and enclose it with the return shipment. Stick the return sticker with barcode on the package and hand it in at the nearest DHL point. Keep the sticker that says “receipt for customer” in a safe place. This is your proof of shipment.

Have you lost the return form? Then mail to info@arcticforce.nl with 'lost return form + ORD - order number' in the subject, we will ensure that it is sent to you again.

exchange

The exchange of your items is done in the same way as the return. However, you also have two options.

1. Indicate on your return form that you want to exchange your item in which size you would like it. We will ensure that you receive the new item. Pay attention! The processing of an exchange can take up to 14 working days.

2. You order the desired item again and request the money back on the return. We will then ensure that this is processed and the amount refunded within 14 working days. Pay attention! With this processing, the condition 'for sale items, no money back' expires because you have fulfilled the exchange yourself.
